• The Seller agrees to provide the goods and services at the stipulated price on the agreed time.
• The buyer agrees to comply and stick to the price which was reach after due negotiation.
• The seller agrees to be professional and objective minded. Any attempt to compromise the initial purpose for a stipulated transaction to satisfy his/her interest, then he/she(seller) hereby agrees that the other party (buyer) has the right to terminate the contract and report to the admin if necessary.
• Subscribers are fully aware of the risk involve in executing transactions of any form.
• The seller agrees to delete Ads if the final good has being sold.
• Subscribers hereby declare that all Tangible goods are to be transacted with a receipt.
• The website is strictly for transaction and will not entertain any other activities.
• The admin disclaims any illegal activities undertaken by the subscribers on the website.
• By registering and submitting ads the subscriber hereby declares that goods/services to be transacted are not either gotten from an illegal source or done on an illegal basis.
• The admin reserve the right to add, modify or change the terms and conditions when he deem it fit.
