The commission has however decided that PWDs shall not vote at the polling units if they have been denied access to such facilities by the constituencies concerned.
INEC has accordingly been ordered to make all necessary arrangements for PWDs at polling units to exercise their franchise without discrimination or hindrance.
PWDs are allowed to vote in any of the following ways:
- Polling booth
- Local council or state
- Constituency
- Polling unit (PU)
- Ward
